We run multiple events and deliver equipment to venues across London and it takes careful planning to ensure equipment and engineers get to site on time. Hire Frequencies Ltd is an established business based in Bounds Green, North London. We provide Audio Visual solutions and supply equipment rentals to London and the South of England. Our work includes anything from music festivals and live music events to conferencing, awards dinners and fashion shows.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to train up in our logistics and bookings team on a part-time basis. Our bookings team are at the heart of our organisation and deal with 100’s of enquiries each week. We deal with a wide range of clients, from individuals who want to hire a pair of speakers to large companies who require sound systems and AV equipment for corporate events. The role will be working within the team to ensure confirmed orders are correctly planned and the job details and routes are dispatched to our drivers using our routing software.
