Ebay Live: MCN Comic Con, Excel London
Hire Frequencies was commissioned to deliver a fully hybrid production for an eBay Live activation at MCN Comic Con London 2025. The centrepiece of the event was a high-profile live auction featuring rare and high-value collectible trading cards, designed to engage both on-site fans and a global collector audience in real time.
Our Role
Global Livestreaming: We delivered a flawless, high-quality live broadcast of the auction to a global audience via eBay Live, ensuring real-time engagement for viewers across multiple regions.
AV Design & Installation: Our team handled the full technical infrastructure, including installation of all Audio-Visual elements such as large-scale LCD screens, PA systems, lighting, cameras, and streaming rigs.
On-Site Live Production: We managed the full production for the in-person experience, creating an immersive environment that captured the energy of the Comic Con audience while maintaining a seamless integration with the live broadcast.
