Commissioned to deliver AV and scenic production across the full Chalke History Festival site, Hire Frequencies ran five independent stages simultaneously — spanning conference setups, fireside chats, hybrid production and live music, each with its own unique technical demands.

Hire Frequencies delivered a flawless production across the seven-day Chalke History Festival. With temperatures reaching almost 36 degrees, our team of audio, video, lighting, and broadcast technicians never missed a beat. Large-scale productions like Chalke give our team the opportunity to spread our wings and show just how much our people and equipment can do.
With over 23 tonnes of equipment required for the event, it wasn’t just the on-site team who had to perform. Behind the scenes, our in-house logistics and warehouse team ensured both articulated trucks arrived on site on schedule, with every last piece of equipment tested and in perfect working order before the festival began.
We’re proud to say the team delivered across every build and show day. Hire Frequencies is unique in its ability to provide all equipment and sce nic fabrication in house, without the need for sub-hire or external providers. This allows us to offer our clients consistent production value without the inflated costs so often associated with large-scale festival productions.
