Gareth Small is currently Head of Productions at Hire Frequencies and has been with the company since 2015. He joined as a freelance audio engineer and event booker and quickly moved on to working on the company’s larger productions, progressing to bookings manager and production manager roles in the process. Gareth oversees most of our largest productions and provides training to our in-house technical staff, along with our out-of-house / on-site training programmes.

Gareth’s focus in recent years turned to the ongoing development of our live streaming & broadcasting services, allowing us to offer a full end-to-end virtual event service to our event production clients. The streaming team have had an incredibly busy 2020 and head into 2021 with a brand new video production facility at our HQ in north London, to further increase the production quality available for clients. Highlights of 2020 were undoubtedly the Beyond Boundaries event for UCL, a global conference on the Sustainable Development Goals, Jaguar Land Rover’s Financial Services Conference, and a video link for Princess Anne dialling in to the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
