From an early age Will was fascinated with sound and music technology. Whilst growing up in Cornwall he engineered many live music events, theatre productions and studio recordings. After studying Music Technology at college he moved to Bristol and obtained a BSc in Music Systems Engineering from the University of the West of England. During his time at University, Will continued his involvement in sound recording, acoustics and live sound reproduction for University events, parties and conferences.

After graduating Will moved to London and worked as a Branch Manager with Dixons Retail in a successful career that spanned eleven years. In 2009 he started Hire Frequencies with friend and former university buddy Rupert with a view to providing PA hire and sound engineering services in London. Within a short period of time hire Frequencies grew into a highly successful sound and lighting hire company and moved into providing audio visual solutions to a large number of businesses in the Capital. Will and Rupert have big ambitions for Hire Frequencies and hope to continue the company’s success to become one of the most recognised brands for audio hire and event production in London. Will said “It brings great satisfaction to the team and I when we receive great feedback about the work we have done for our clients, and this spurs us on to delight our customers in every aspect of our work.”
