Criticaleye is a peer-to-peer Board Community that inspires and supports leaders and their teams to fully realise their true creative and business potential. Hire Frequencies have been supporting their events for over 5 years with great success. As Criticaleye have developed their events over the years, we have evolved their technical setup to meet their needs.

 

When we first started working with Criticaleye, we provided a full conference setup with set, projection, audio, lighting, stage, and relay / comfort monitors. After the pandemic and the rise of virtual events, Criticaleye looked to offer their members the option to attend their events remotely. Our portable production unit (PPU) offered the perfect solution to running their hybrid events.

Depending on the venue, we provide a single or double aperture branded set backdrop. The apertures are fitted with rear projected screens, and supported by relay screens for displaying slides, videos, live Q&A / polls, and remote speakers. We use multiple high quality active speakers for the PA to ensure sound coverage throughout the room. 

Our portable production unit (PPU) allows us to control what is being shown on all the screens in the room, as well as broadcasting a multi-camera feed to an online audience. The hosts and panelists on stage have multiple comfort monitors to display audience Q&A, slides, remote speakers and countdown clocks.
