Based in North London, this is a very exciting opportunity to work with a highly motivated team of people helping our clients bring their events to life using sound, lighting and AV technologies at venues across the UK. We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our operations team as our Logistics Coordinator. As a busy Event Production company the logistics role is critical to our success. In busy periods we run multiple events each day and deliver equipment to venues across London and the UK. It takes careful planning to ensure equipment and engineers get to site on time. Ultimately, your success will be demonstrated by the company’s ability to deliver successful events. This role will also help you gain experience and support your career in the events industry.
You may currently be working in the events industry or in a role which requires you to manage and organise people in an event based company looking to make the next move in your career. This role requires some technical knowledge but more importantly the successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, analytical, able to work under pressure and be a great people person with the ability to manage relationships between multiple stakeholders.
We deal with a wide range of clients, from individuals who want to hire a pair of speakers to large companies who require sound systems and AV equipment for large scale corporate events. The role will be working within the team to ensure confirmed orders are correctly planned and the job details and routes are dispatched to our drivers using our routing software.

We would expect you to have:
Previous experience in logistics or company operations ideally in the events sector. This might be as an employee of an events company, within a venue or another relevant company.
Note that live events experience is not absolutely essential but some project management experience in other sectors will be of value.
Good written and verbal communication
A good level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
Very good IT skills including being competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications
Educational: Educated to GCSE level with A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Educated to industry related degree level or equivalent is desirable
Professional: Events industry experience is advantageous
Work Permit Requirement: Right to work and remain in the UK
