Hire Frequencies Shortlisted for Best AV & Production Company at the Micebook Awards 2026

We’ve been named a finalist for Best AV & Production Company at the Micebook Awards 2026 – recognition of the work we deliver across live, hybrid and broadcast events for some of the world’s most demanding brands.

A milestone in our 15th year

We started in 2011 with a £6,000 loan, a van full of speakers and a founder who said yes to every opportunity, then worked out how to deliver it to the highest standard. Fifteen years on, we’re one of the UK’s most trusted AV and technical production partners, delivering live, hybrid and broadcast experiences for eBay, Vogue, Meta, Jack Daniel’s, KPMG and the Ministry of Defence.

A shortlisting at the Micebook Awards reflects where we sit today: a full-solution AV and technical production company, built on relationships that keep renewing because the work earns it.

Recognised for full-solution technical event production

The shortlist recognises us as a single accountable partner across the full technical production stack — audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging, scenic fabrication and broadcast. We work across three areas where technical excellence is non-negotiable.

From intimate brand activations to arena-scale experiences, we deliver complete live event production as one accountable partner. Our recent work spans brand activations for Lululemon and Diesel through to large-scale arena productions, including the Pokémon World Championships at ExCeL London.

Rather than treating streaming as an add-on, we’ve invested in custom-built Portable Production Units — mobile broadcast studios designed for on-the-ground agility and broadcast-grade reliability, capable of streaming from virtually any location worldwide. At MCM Comic Con London, this capability powered 18 simultaneous live streams across three days, peaking at 13,000 concurrent viewers, delivered without interruption inside one of the UK’s busiest live event environments.

International delivery

Delivering AV production for SportsPro Live, we coordinate crews, engineers and suppliers across a programme spanning London, Madrid and New York, with senior leadership overseeing delivery on the ground in each location.

Built on long-term partnerships

What sets us apart is not only the kit, but the people behind it and how long they stay. Production Director Gareth Small has been with us for ten years; Technical Director Richie Nicola and Senior Account Manager Joe Brooks for nine each. In the live events industry, this type of continuity is rare — and for our clients it means institutional knowledge stays in the building and relationships deepen rather than reset.

Proven on the biggest stages

For the UK launch of eBay Live at MCM Comic Con, we delivered a fully hybrid production in collaboration with Experience12 — complete broadcast infrastructure built with redundancy at every layer, broadcasting three days of live auctions and interactive activations to a global audience without a single connectivity drop in a heavily congested venue.

At the SportsPro Media Summit in Madrid, we delivered full AV production and exhibition stand fabrication from our UK facilities, managing post-Brexit customs and cross-border logistics to maintain complete quality control with no local sub-hire. Every panel session and exhibition stand ran flawlessly across both days, and the partnership continued into 2026.

Being shortlisted is a proud moment for the team — and a reflection of the standard we bring to every brief. If you’re planning an event, we’d love to talk.
