Hire Frequencies appointed SportsPro Media’s official technical production partner
After delivering SportsPro events across London, Madrid and New York, Hire Frequencies has been appointed SportsPro’s official technical production partner for its events programme across the UK, Europe and the US.
The appointment builds on an established relationship between the two teams, with Hire Frequencies already supporting SportsPro conferences and summits across multiple international markets.
SportsPro Media brings together leaders from across the global sports industry through an international programme of conferences, summits and networking events. As the partnership continues, Hire Frequencies will support that programme across AV production, scenic fabrication, exhibition builds and international logistics.
The partnership has grown through a series of successful events delivered in 2025 and 2026, including SportsPro London at the Kia Oval, SportsPro AI + Tech at London Stadium, SportsPro Media Summit at Meliá Castilla in Madrid, and SportsPro New York at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square.
Each event brings its own venue, audience and production requirements, but the challenge across the wider programme remains the same: delivering a consistent experience from one market to the next.
For Hire Frequencies, that means keeping the core production approach consistent rather than starting again with a different delivery model in every country.
Our multilingual project managers work directly with venues and local teams, while equipment and scenic fabrication are prepared through our in-house production facilities. Our logistics team then coordinates the movement of equipment and fabricated elements across borders.
The result for SportsPro is one technical production partner across markets, with continuity in the people, equipment and standards behind each event.
Producing a programme of events internationally introduces challenges that go well beyond what happens in the room.
Equipment needs to arrive where and when it should. Scenic elements need to travel safely. Venues and local crews need to be coordinated. Customs and cross-border logistics have to be managed without disrupting the production schedule.
Keeping those functions connected is central to the way we deliver international events.
At SportsPro in Madrid, for example, our team delivered AV production alongside bespoke scenic fabrication and exhibition builds, with equipment and fabrication managed from our UK facilities and transported to Madrid. Our logistics team also managed the post-Brexit requirements of moving the production internationally.
That model helped SportsPro maintain a consistent experience while keeping costs controlled; the Madrid project ultimately came in at a lower cost than the previous year.
The appointment formalises a way of working that has already been established across SportsPro events.
For SportsPro, it means knowing that the same standard of delivery can carry from London to Madrid, New York and beyond.
For us, it’s an opportunity to continue doing what we do best: bringing AV production, scenic fabrication, exhibition builds, project management and logistics together under one team.
We’re proud of what we’ve delivered together so far, and even more excited about what comes next.
